We offer refunds and exchanges for items that are returned in a fully resalable condition within 7 days of receipt. To begin the process, simply contact us by email, phone, or through our website’s live chat. Once we’ve reviewed your request and received the returned items, we will inspect them and process your refund or exchange accordingly.
Please note:
- Vegetables and Frozen Items are not eligible for returns or refunds.
- All refunds are made to the original payment method used during the purchase.
- In cases where a product is faulty, damaged, or unfit for purpose, we may request photographic evidence to validate your claim before approving a refund or replacement.
- Return shipping costs must be covered by the customer, unless the product was received in a defective condition.
If an item is out of stock or unavailable, we reserve the right to:
- Substitute with a different brand or smaller size of equal value.
- Automatically refund you for the item.
- Contact you with alternative options before processing your order if the item represents a major portion of your purchase.
